When you contact us by email or phone, we process information you provide for the enquiry, such as your name, contact details, subject and message.
Why we process it
We use the data only to reply to your message and for related communication. The legal basis will be confirmed when this draft is reviewed.
Who processes it
The contact button opens your own email application. Messages are received in Gmail. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Service providers’ data processing and any technical logging will be reviewed when this policy is finalised.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to handle the matter, and at most two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw your consent and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
